Duelbits is one of those crypto casinos that quietly built serious infrastructure behind the scenes.
Launched in 2020 under a Curaçao license, it has grown into a multi-million traffic platform with a strong focus on Originals.

Let’s break down how it actually works: traffic, product, promotions, and what they’re doing right (and where they can improve).

📈 Traffic (Jan 2026, estimates):
+ 2.8m visits/month
+ 1.1m unique visitors
+ Device split: 68% desktop, 32% mobile
+ Avg. visit duration: 9 minutes
+ Top countries (by traffic): Japan, Sweden, Canada, USA, Norway

📊 Analytics & Growth Tools (what they use under the hood)

+ Twitter Ads (X Ads)
Paid campaigns on X. Makes sense for crypto + prediction markets, where trends and news drive clicks.
+ Adform
Programmatic advertising platform for display + retargeting.
+ Optimove (Customer Data Platform)
Enterprise CRM for segmentation and lifecycle marketing (churn, LTV, behavior-based campaigns). This is a pricey tool, it signals serious retention work.
+ Xtremepush
Automation layer for push notifications, email, and onsite messages. Helps them bring players back with triggered campaigns.
+ Snowplow Analytics
Heavy-duty event tracking with full control of raw data. This is how you track real behavior: bets, cashouts, funnels, drop-offs, etc.
+ Facebook Pixel (Meta Pixel)
Conversion tracking + retargeting on Meta platforms. Doesn’t guarantee they run Meta ads right now, but it strongly suggests they either do, or did

What it tells us:

They track it, segment it, and push people back with automated retention.
Paid acquisition (X, Meta, programmatic) → tracking → segmentation → retention + retargeting.

📣 Social Media Presence:
+ Telegram: 10k followers; X/Twitter: 180k
+ Discord: 17k, Instagram: 20k.

🧩 PRODUCT OVERVIEW

🧾 Registration Options:
+ Email, Gmail, Telegram, Steam

One thing I noticed: the player profile page has a lot of empty space.
I’d use that area for 2–3 blocks like: promos, recommended games, big wins, or news.

Second thing: I was required to pass KYC. Oh come on! 😄
To be fair, the verification itself was very fast, under five minutes. But the notification could be clearer.
I received a notification saying I had to complete KYC, but there was no direct button or link to start the process. I checked my email, even the spam folder, and only when I accidentally clicked on the Cashier, I was able to start the verification.

A small UX improvement would be changing wording to something like "Click Cashier to start Verification” in a notification.

💰 Deposit Methods:
+ Cryptos: 13 cryptocurrencies
+ Bet amounts can be shown in 16 currencies
+ Buy crypto: via Onramper (fiat-to-crypto aggregator).
+ Card Payments: via Revolut
+ Gift Cards: via Kingiun

🎮 Games & Content:

+ Around 94 game providers/game studious via Softswiss aggregator.
+ Originals: 13 games

A UX detail I really liked (!)

Inside Originals you can switch games in one click (Roulette / Keno / Mines / other Originals).
Most casinos do this:
Player → Lobby → Scroll → Select → Loading

Duelbits does this:
Player → 1 click → Loading

It keeps players inside Originals (usually higher margin for the casino).

💬 Player Chat:
+ To access chat, you need at least a $20 deposit.

🧑‍💻 Customer Support:
+ First reply was fast (under ~30 seconds)
+ Agents show real names + profile pics

My agent was Zayne. I asked about minimum withdrawal, and she answered about minimum deposit. Not a big deal, she could be new in the company or just rushed a bit.

🎁 Promotions & Weekly Wager Race

Some promotions look like provider collabs (Hacksaw / Endorphina style deals). That usually means: “We promote your games - you give us better commercial terms (discounts)”

Weekly Wager Promo: how points work

Points = Wager × (100 − RTP)
Example: wager $100 on a 97% RTP game → house edge is 3
$100 × 3 = 300 points.
For sports betting, they multiply everything by x3.

Why this is smart ?

This system rewards players based on theoretical casino profit, not wager volume like many casinos:
+ House Edge = (100 − RTP)
+ Theoretical GGR = Wager × House Edge

So players earn more points on lower RTP games → Users will lose more on lower RTP games → Such users will be placed higher in Leaderboard → Prize pool distributes between such users who lose more.

💵 Rough math: how much volume does this leaderboard imply?

This is very approximate, just for understanding the scale.

+Top 10 players have ~17M points
+ If we assume avg. RTP is 96% (house edge 4%), then those 10 players wagered ≈ 17M / 4 = $4.25M wager (weekly)

Now the tricky part: top 10 usually represent 20–30% of total weekly wager volume of the site. Let’s take 25%.

If $4.25M is 25%, then total weekly wager ≈ $17M.
Monthly wager (×4 weeks in a month) ≈ $68M.
If avg. house edge is 4%, then theoretical GGR ≈ $2.7M/month.

Again: rough estimate, based on public leaderboard points + assumptions.

🔮 Prediction Markets (their new feature)

They added a Prediction markets with:
+ Cashout
+ Clear “verified outcome” explanation
+ An odds-style model (like sportsbook)

This looks like an MVP.

Where it differs from Polymarket

Polymarket is super clear because it usually shows:
+ volume (what’s hot)
+ implied probability (specific percentage, easy to understand)
+ simple Yes/No pricing logic

Duelbits chose sportsbook odds, which is familiar to sports bettors, but can confuse casino-only users.

Example:
“Will Donald Trump say ‘Bad Bunny’ in February?”
Yes: 4.00 / No: 1.22
A sports bettor instantly understands “1.22 is more likely”.
A casual casino user might not.

Again, this is genius.

So it feels like Duelbits is aiming prediction markets more toward sports-style users and that could explain why they’re hiring a Prediction Markets Marketing Manager.

Conclusion (my honest take)

  1. Looking at the stack they use to work with traffic, it’s clear they built a system to Buy traffic track → segment → re-engage players. This is a hard part. Full respect to the teams behind it.
  2. Prediction markets look like a real MVP: they launched, they’re testing, and they’ll iterate. Also worth saying: not many crypto casinos shipped this feature early and being first is always painful because you make mistakes in public while everyone watches.
  3. Honestly, I tried to find something serious to criticize, but there isn’t much.
The platform feels smooth and easy to use. I had to complete KYC, but it took less than five minutes. Quick and painless.

They’re also experimenting with innovation - launched Prediction markets and use their own customized Sports page instead of plugging in a standard solution (like many casinos do, hello Betby :)).

Overall, they’re in a good place. Wishing the team continued growth and good luck.
