Rollbit was launched at the beginning of 2020.

Back then, in 2020, it looked like this:
+ only 500 games available to play
+ Steam login only
+ no Crash game yet, as original games were just starting to emerge

And this is what Rollbit looks like in 2026:
👉 Crypto Trading + Original games + Sports betting + NFT market place and so much more.

📈 Traffic (Feb 2026, estimates):

+ 1.6m visits/month
+ 287k unique visitors
+ Device split: 48% mobile, 52% desktop (!)
+ Avg. visit duration: 15 minutes
+ Top countries (by visits): Japan, India, Norway, United States, Ireland

📊 Tools (what they use for analytics)

  1. Hotjar
It helps to understand how users actually behave on the site through heatmaps, session recordings, surveys, and feedback tools.
I think, it's the best to see places on the site where users drop off.
  2. Cloudflare Browser Insights
It's focused on real-user performance monitoring. It measures things like page load speed, responsiveness.
The best for where performance slows down (by country / device).

📣 Social Media Presence:
+ X/Twitter: 202k followers;
+ Discord: 30k, Instagram: 30k.

Good community presence, but not a very diversified social footprint (no Telegram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Youtube).

🧩 PRODUCT OVERVIEW

🧾 Registration Options:

+ Email, Twitch, Steam, Metamask.
No Gmail option (interesting!).

Point #1: I’d remove both highlighted texts (see screenshot).
And replace the checkbox text from “I have read and agree” to “I’m 18+ and agree.”

👉 Why: I think it doesn't provide much value to the user. These are phrases that protect the site itself. But all of that could simply be included under “I have read and agree to the Terms & Conditions”.

Especially, the reCAPTCHA note. I feel it's too technical and not relevant for most users.

Point #2: Rollbit has a Validation flow problem.

Disclaimer: Feel free to skip this part as it’s a bit technical. In short, because I forgot I already had an account on Rollbit, I ran into a lot of friction trying to create a new one.

See screenshots: First, my password was rejected as too weak.
After fixing it, I learned that the username was already taken (second screenshot). After changing the username, I then found out that the email was already linked to an existing account (third screenshot).

“Password is too weak”? Oh come on. Most users reuse the same password across multiple casino accounts. So for players, it’s important that the password is simple and easy to remember. That's why players are not interested in creating complex passwords.

Solutions:
a) If a user has multiple issues in the Registration form, it’s better to show them all at once rather than one by one.
Just show me I have troubles with username, email, password at once.

b) Validate the email first, then the username, and only after that the password. If the user already has an account, he won’t waste time fixing the password and changing the username.

How critical is this issue?
Well, if Rollbit is working on reactivating old players, this could be a major problem. Especially for users who no longer remember whether they already have an account (like me).

Point #3: Google reCAPTCHA checks whether you’re human

At the end of the flow, I was asked to solve puzzles via Google reCAPTCHA 😆
I have no issue with bot protection itself. It's part of risk management and it makes sense.

What bothers me is that it is still Google reCAPTCHA. If I'm not wrong, it was invented 20-25 years ago (!). It's cheap (first 10,000 uses are free) and widely used, but in 2026 it already looks like a dinosaur solution.

So, I had to pass it twice, because why not? Who doesn’t love solving picture puzzles? 😁

The saddest part, many casino sites still use Google reCAPTCHA.

💰 Deposits:

+ Supports most major cryptocurrencies (+ Solana tokenrs + NFT collections).
+ Offers Buy Crypto via
Moonpay (lots of restrictions, expensive rates, but still a fairly big in the US)
Chainbits (no comments, literally a dinosaur)
Jupiter (not cheap either, but it has a presence in the US and India)

I’m not sure why Rollbit uses these services when there are better, more convenient, and more user-friendly alternatives on the market.
Definitely an area for improvement (Rollbit’s Payment Manager, feel free to DM me on LinkedIn 😃)

Fun fact: I was asked to pass KYC 🤨
To be fair, it was pretty fast.
I see that Rollbit works with GetID.
Okay, not the worst option, but not the best. Alternatives? Veriff is in a similar price range, but offers much stronger back-office functionality.

🎮 Games & Content:
+ 28 game providers/game studios via Softswiss.
+ Originals: 12 games.

Point #4: Confusing RLB upsell inside Original Games

When users open Original games, they see an offer: Buy RLB to increase rakeback by up to 10%.

👉 From a business point of view: this is smart way to push more attention toward its token.
👉 From a player point of view: it feels more like an ad, because the offer doesn't relate with the game.

One more issue, UX inconsistency:
after clicking Buy RLB, the new page does not clearly repeat or explain that same value proposition.

I think, if the product says something like “buy this to get more value”, the next page should confirm and expand on that promise.

Point #5: Crash Game - 10 seconds feels too long between Crash rounds.

We are talking about their Original Crash game. Right now, the time between rounds is 10 seconds.
IF Rollbit reduces it to 7 seconds -> betting frequency will increase -> Number of bets could rise by 10% or more.

Let's take another approach to decide whether 10 sec is too lonkg.
I picked 4 ramdom sites that came to my mind right now and compared their round time:
Bustabit (the first ever crash game): 5 sec.
BC GAME Crash: 7 sec.
BetFury Crash: 5 sec.
Gamdom Crash: 10 sec - okay, Rollbit, you're not alone.

Still, Rollbit’s round time seems longer than some competitors.

Point #6: The "Live Wins" widget overlaps the game thumbnails.

I know, I know, it's not a big deal, but perfectionist in me is screaming for this to be fixed. The widget should not be covering the game icons 😃

Point #7: The Expand button is broken on mobile for Rollbot Bonanza.

I'm not sure whether it's a bug or it's technical complexity to expand game on mobile. If button really doesn't work on mobile, maybe try to hide it.

Point #8: The game-opening flow feels inconsistent

So, this part was a bit annoying. When I click a game icon sometimes, it shows text screen instead of opening a game on mobile version.

👉 Also, as a new user, I'm not sure what “Challenge Pool” means.
What is the difference between “Effective RTP” and just “RTP”? I mean user would understand just "RTP" very well, I think.

Point #9: The Promotions page is a blog and not a promo hub.

As a player, I don’t want to read articles. I want to quickly scan the available promotions and choose one to participate in.

I’m not entirely sure why Rollbit displays Promotions as article-style content.

I see that they use Ghost as their CMS (content management system). If the goal is to build a blog, then I understand, it's actually a solid choice: reasonable pricing, minimal coding, and fast launch.

But again, the user expects to see a list of bonuses, missions, and tournaments, instead, they land on a blog-style page.
And since it sits on a subdomain, it doesn’t really feel like part of the product.

🧑‍💻 Customer support:
+ I get a reply very quick (under 30 sec).
+ Live chat tool via Intercom

Case #1:
- In my personal opinion, the support agent’s reply sounded unfriendly.
I was asked to complete KYC, so I naturally wanted to clarify whether this applies to all new users. See the screenshot below.

As a player, I honestly don’t understand why I’m being told about the platform’s rights. Cubey, are you a lawyer? 😄

Instead of saying, “Please keep in mind that Rollbit reserves the right to request KYC at any time,” a more player-friendly response could be something like:
“I completely understand you, KYC can be a hassle. In some cases, we may request KYC from new users, but it's really quick, and usually takes 5 minutes.”

It shows empathy to player → Answers question in player’s language → removes the concern.

Case #2:
- Lack of empathy, and maybe a few emojis
I asked a simple question: what are the benefits of holding the RLB token?
(And as you can see from the design, Rollbit clearly pushes users to buy it.)

So, in short, the conversation felt like this:
Rus: What are the benefits?
Nancy: A lot. Here’s the link, check it yourself.

Nancy, I'm a human, can you talk to me? :)

I know Nancy is busy, and there are probably many users waiting for a reply. I understand that. But she still can’t answer like that, because RLB is one of Rollbit’s core products.

A better reply could have looked like this:
“Hey! :) Are you asking as a player or as a trader? If you’re a player, holding RLB can increase your rakeback by up to 10%. If you want, I can also explain the other benefits in a few words.”

Guys, I worked as a CS manager for 2 years, so I feel like I can share a few more tips for the CS team:

a) Consider using profile pictures for customer support agents
AI-generated avatars, animated characters, human-like visuals, or at least customized robot faces, especially since Rollbit’s mascot is a robot.

b) Use emojis occasionally.
They can make replies feel softer and more human.

c) More empathy in communication with players.
Empathy is key to solving many player issues in Live Chat.

❓Questions and Anwers

Q: Why Rollbit pushes users to buy RLB?
A: There are many reasons obviously, but I’d highlight 2:
1) to build a community around token
2) to increase retention -> higher LTV/NGR

Q: How much money do they make?
A: Well, based on their Dashboard (24H data, expected):
Casino GGR: $389k
Crypto trading GGR: $33k (interesting that trading is ahead of sports!)
Sports betting GGR: $29k

Total: $389k + $33k + $29k = $451k per day or $13.5M per month in GGR.

The data may be understated, because it reflects expected figures, not actual one.

💡 Conclusion:

These are my personal observations and impressions of the product after spending totally 10 hours of testing it. I am not claiming ultimate truth.

+ 🤖Rollbit has built a very strong brand identity.
Their robot mascot is everywhere across the product, highly recognizable, and well integrated into the platform.

- 📱At the same time, the platform does not feel mobile-friendly enough
It seems to me that they are much more focused on the web version than on mobile.
And as a result, it is not a coincidence that only 48% of users come from mobile (based on Semrush data shown at the beginning of this review).

+ 📈 Special respect for the Crypto Trading product
It is clear that a lot of money and development effort has gone into it.
As a result: trading GGR is already higher than sports betting GGR.
This is very interesting part, how strong the margin in trading can be.

- 💬 I would also spend time improving the CS team layer.
Even without going too deep, there are already visible opportunities to improve communication with players.
Fine, I would not call this a critical issue, but it is definitely an important one. Every interaction with the CS team becomes part of the overall player experience. So if I were Rollbit, I would review support chats every week.

+ 💳 Another area worth improving is the Buy Crypto provider setup.
Better alternatives could likely bring small, but stable and recurring volume from players who A) are still not used to making crypto deposits, or B) simply cannot do it comfortably today.

🎯 Overall, Rollbit feels like a strong, and ambitious product.
Again, with such a powerful brand and ecosystem, I would expect the mobile UX, communications, and onboarding flows to be polished just as well as their token and trading ambitions.

Thanks to the Rollbit team for the product and good luck!
